Powerful nor'easter causes coastal flooding and knocks out power to parts of the northeast U.S.
Tens of millions of people are in the path of the storm, which was already beginning to lash the region. Dangerous flooding is expected along the Mid-Atlantic coast, particularly near New Jersey and Delaware.
