Leaked LAPD records reveal officers in fireworks blast received only brief suspensions
The LAPD has cited state law as the reason for not disclosing information related to the June 2021 explosion that leveled much of a South L.A. city block, but investigative files associated with the incident have surfaced online in recent weeks following a hack of the city attorney's office.
