Couple kept child in ‘repulsive’ West Virginia home among feces, trash and vomit: cops
Dakota McIe, 23, and Ciarra Lacey, 22, were arrested this week after a concerned witness -- who described the scene as "repulsive" -- provided cops with a video showing the interior of the fetid residence Aug. 5.
